HOW IT WORKS

We photograph a variety of individual portrait and play photos of your child at the centre in the morning from 8:00am. You will have approximately 8-10 different photos to view and choose from in a personal online gallery. Your pre-order includes an individual print of your choice.

A $38 deposit PER CHILD is required for photos to be taken

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON’T PRE-ORDER?

Without the pre-order before the photo day – only ONE photo will be taken of your child individually. This will be included in the class composite photo.

A Centre Online Gallery will be created for families who do not pre-order. They will have the option to purchase the one individual photo during order week. At full rate prices starting from $38.

Class Photo Print Add-On – $15

Families wanting to purchase the Class Print ONLY, will be able to purchase before and after the Photo Week. These are $38 each.

Families who pre-order their individual photos will be able to purchase a Class print as a pre-order or during ordering week in their online gallery at a discounted rate of $15.

WHAT IS A PRINT SHEET?

A Print sheet is a physical print of your chosen image.

This is included in your pre-order.

In the online gallery you will have the option to choose the print style that best suits your needs.

Some families like a larger print, while others enjoy a few smaller ones that are ideal for gifts, especially for the grandparents.

WHAT TO DRESS MY CHILD IN

Children have the choice to wear either their Little Wonders uniform or a simple Kindy outfit for their individual photos.

For outfits, keep it simple and clean. Avoid logos, busy designs and character clothing, as they often take away from your child’s adorable personality. The best photos are not always about fancy clothes but who they are at Kindy, capturing expression, laughter and joy.

TOP ADVICE!!

AVOID ‘CHEESE’! Yup, your read that correctly! Avoid coaching children to say “cheese” for their photos. Let them know they are going to have fun with the photographer and show your happy face.

As much as we love Wallace and Gromit we want natural smiles.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS

AFTER PHOTO WEEK
It will take about 2-3 weeks before proofs are ready for parents to view. They will receive an email and direct link to the gallery. The order deadline will be listed for 1 week (7 days) after the proof release. A late fee/postage applies for orders not completed in the allocated time frame – please ensure you do order by this date to avoid this fee. Print products are delivered complimentary to your child’s centre on one occasion if they are ordered by the due date. They will be delivered to the centre approximately 2-3 weeks after the order closing date.

WEATHER

It’s unlikely adjustments will need to be made because of the weather. In the case where there is a lot of rain/storm, high winds, occasionally we’ll need to postpone. I will keep close contact with your centre if the forecast looks doubtful and will do my best to minimise postponements and work together with the centre to reschedule at the earliest possible date.

Additional Products

There is the option to purchase additional products, such as the Class Photo Print, Digital Images and extra prints. Additional products start from $15 and the option to upgrade to all digital images for $99. These can be added to your cart and purchased in your online gallery.

Digital option for individual photos are available as an add on in your online gallery once you've seen the images. Class Photos are NOT available as a digital image.

Please tick to give us permission to use images of your child on our website, social media and marketing prints. Names and location are never used. Just beautiful images of happy faces for the purpose of example of work.
