Below is all the details you need about photo day.

HOW IT WORKS
We photograph a variety of portrait and play individual photos of your child at the centre in the morning from 8:00am. You will have approximately 8-10 different photos to view and choose from in an online gallery.
A $38 deposit PER CHILD is required for photos to be taken

To help keep cost down for families payment is made via DIRECT DEPOSIT
An invoice/receipt will be emailed to you.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON’T PRE-ORDER?
Without the pre-order before the photo day – only ONE photo will be taken of your child individually. This will be included in the class composite photo.
A Centre Online Gallery will be created for families who do not pre-order. They will have the option to purchase the one individual photo during order week.

SIBLING PHOTOS
These sessions are reserved for families wishing to have their children enrolled at the centre to have sibling photos. Sibling pre-order are $38 per child. This order is required before photo day for sibling photos to be taken.
We photograph a variety of images of each child individually and of them together.
Due to limited time and priority of the photography for centre children – we cannot accommodate sibling photos who do not attend LORDS Little Wonders Centre (No school age siblings).
Please contact us if you would like a special sibling mini session in our studio available to book privately on weekends. Limited Spaces. Session includes siblings only and 5 digital images.
Graduation Photos
Children are photographed in a supplied cap and gown.
Graduation photos are pre-purchased and only available as an add on option to their regular Kindy photos. Additional images will be included in the online gallery for your selection. Only children who have had a graduation packed pre-purchased will be photographed in the graduation gown on photo day.

Class Photo
Your centre has selected: Composite Group Photo.
Families wanting to purchase the Class Print only, will be able to purchase during the ordering week after Photo Week. These are $38 each.
Families who pre-order their individual photos will be able to purchase a Class print in their online gallery at a discounted rate.
WHAT TO DRESS MY CHILD IN
Children have the choice to wear either their Little Wonders uniform or a simple Kindy outfit for their individual photos.
For outfits, keep it simple and clean. Avoid logos, busy designs and character clothing, as they often take away from your child’s adorable personality. The best photos are not always about fancy clothes but who they are at Kindy, capturing expression, laughter and joy.
Lastly, AVOID ‘CHEESE’! Yup, your read that correctly! Avoid coaching children to say “cheese” for their photos. Let them know they are going to have fun with the photographer and show your happy face.
WHAT IS A PRINT SHEET?
A Print sheet is a physical print of your chosen image.
This is included in your pre-order.
In the online gallery you will have the option to choose the print style that best suits your needs.
Some families like a larger print, while others enjoy a few smaller ones that are ideal for gifts, especially for the grandparents.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS
It will take about 2-3 weeks before proofs are ready for parents to view. They will receive an email and direct link to the gallery. The order deadline will be listed for 1 week (7 days) after the proof release. A late fee/postage applies for orders not completed in the allocated time frame – please ensure you do order by this date to avoid this fee. Print products are delivered complimentary to your child’s centre on one occasion if they are ordered by the due date. They will be delivered to the centre approximately 2-3 weeks after the order closing date.
